Welcome to Cyber Wolf Sites LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at app.cyberwolfservice.com (the “Site”), our field service management software (the “Software”), including our web-based platform and accompanying mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms.
Our Services include job scheduling, customer management, inventory management, phone and SMS service, invoicing, and quoting. The Services are accessible via both a web-based platform and a mobile application. Our Software also allows for payment processing and payout to users.
To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, with monthly fees based on the package you select. Details of the subscription plans and pricing can be found on our Site. All fees are exclusive of applicable sales, use, or other taxes.
In addition to the monthly subscription fee, you may incur overage charges for exceeding the limits of your selected plan, including additional minutes, users, or text messages. These charges are billed in arrears at the end of your billing cycle.
We offer a 14-day free trial to explore our management and payment features. Access to utility services, including phone minutes and SMS/MMS messaging, is disabled during the trial period and requires the activation of a paid subscription. After the trial period, access to all premium features will be suspended unless a valid payment method is provided and a subscription plan is activated.
Our Software facilitates payments via Stripe Connect. By using this feature, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Cyber Wolf Sites LLC charges a platform service fee of up to 1% on all transactions processed through the Software. This fee is automatically deducted at the time of processing and applies to all transactions, including those processed during a free trial period.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Wolf Sites LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
